nutritional labels are bullshit

same shit, different facts

You can do this shit yourself; I am here to point you in the right direction.  Folks, here are the nutritional labels for three different brands of the same product, Half n’ Half.  All have the same ingredients Milk and Cream. So tell me, why the discrepancy with the nutritional information?

Here are the ingredients for Horizon Half n’ Half.  Which are the same ingredients for all the examples.

Horizon; Half n’ Half: Note the potassium @ 0mg.

Walmart Great Value; Half n’ Half: Note the potassium @ 45mg

Land O Lakes; Half n’ Half; Note the potassium at 0mg.

Now, what the fuck is going on here? Does Walmart add Potassium to their Half n’ Half, or are the other manufacturers mistaken? Or did Walmart fuck up? How is the consumer supposed to decipher this shit? Potassium is essential for those with high blood pressure, as most are comprised of Potassium. If the Walmart label is accurate, toss out the prescribed drugs and chug a few ounces of half n’ half instead!
